The Form & Force Story
Form & Force was not built in a laboratory. It was built on the road. David Richards went from overweight beginner who thought his bike was the wrong size to comfortably completing a 200-mile South to North Wales ride at an average of 28kph in under 12 hours within nine months of starting to train.
Training always follows bike fit where possible. A plan built around a poor position is a plan built on a fault. When both are aligned, progress accelerates significantly.
